• PLEASE NOTE: Our prints come UNFRAMED as default. We now offer some framing options but they are marked as "FRAMED" in the dimensions drop down box when selecting your size. The frames we sell are not the ones in the mockup images, which are for display purposes only.

• PAPER: All our prints come on the highest quality art papers and are produced with a full range of 12 pigment inks so they will maintain their vibrant colours for decades to come. A quick explanation of our different paper stocks will follow: Glossy finishes are like what you would get with a photograph. Very reflective and very bright colours. Lustre is a beautiful finish which is somewhere between a Matte and a Gloss. If you're not sure what to choose then Lustre looks fantastic on al prints in our store. If you'd like your item printed onto a stiff watercolour-style paper which has a textured rougher surface then choose our "textured" option. Finally we have a 100% cotton paper which is extra sturdy, displays colours beautifully and is probably the best option if you want a classic Matte (non-reflective) finish.

• SIZE: Our prints come in a variety of sizes so please check measurements and choose carefully from the drop down list above. If you need custom dimensions not listed please contact us as we may be able to do a custom size.

• REFUNDS: All our prints are 100% guaranteed. If you're not thrilled with your print when it arrives just contact us and we'll accept the return up to a YEAR after purchase! Check through our feedback to see why nobody ever wants to return their prints!

• DELIVERY TIMES: Please note we are based in the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from the USA then deliveries will usually arrive in 2 weeks or less but please be aware that this is NOT guaranteed and they can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to the irregularities of international transit so before ordering please bare that in mind. If you're in Europe delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks but occasionally as long as 3 weeks. If you're based in the UK like us then typical delivery times are 2-3 days after ordering.

• PACKAGING: Prints 12x8" inches and smaller will be packaged in flat, board-backed envelopes. Larger prints are delivered in strong cardboard tubes. If any item were to arrive damaged in anyway (very unlikely!) contact us immediately and we will send a replacement immediately.

Prints are sold unframed. The frames in the photos are there to show how the set looks on a wall.

Every print is printed by us, in our cosy home studio in Wales, on fine art paper with 12 pigment inks, so the colours stay rich for decades. Choose from five papers and a range of sizes, or ask us about a custom size.

UK orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 days, and you have a full year to return anything you're not happy with.

Standard. Matte, no shine. Our most affordable option.
Lustre. A soft sheen between matte and gloss. If you're unsure, choose this one: it suits every print we sell.
Glossy. Bright and reflective, like a photograph.
Textured. A stiff, watercolour-style paper with a slightly rough surface.
Smooth cotton. 100% cotton and extra sturdy. The classic non-reflective matte.

Every paper is printed with 12 pigment inks for colour that lasts.

If you're not happy with your prints, get in touch within a year of buying and we'll take them back for a full refund. Judging by our reviews, very few people ever need to.

We post Monday to Friday by first class post, usually within 1 to 2 working days of your order.

UK: usually 2 to 3 days.
Outside the UK: please allow 2 to 4 weeks.
