Larkspur in blues and violets marks July, scarlet gladiolus August, a spray of purple asters September, pink cosmos October, gold and russet chrysanthemums November and white narcissus December. Every panel is built like a vintage stamp: a perforated scalloped edge, a pale pink margin, a dark plum damask backdrop patterned with small leaves, the month name in cream serif capitals inside a navy banner and its number in the lower corner. A small butterfly appears on each. These are original digital illustrations in the spirit of old postage, never reproductions of actual issued stamps. Because the run is a complete calendar half the six sit together naturally in a grid, making a deep, warm gallery wall for a dining room, a snug or a study. A quick explanation of our different paper stocks will follow: Glossy finishes are like what you would get with a photograph. Very reflective and very bright colours. Lustre is a beautiful finish which is somewhere between a Matte and a Gloss. If you're not sure what to choose then Lustre looks fantastic on al prints in our store. If you'd like your item printed onto a stiff watercolour-style paper which has a textured rougher surface then choose our \"textured\" option. Finally we have a 100% cotton paper which is extra sturdy, displays colours beautifully and is probably the best option if you want a classic Matte (non-reflective) finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• SIZE: Our prints come in a variety of sizes so please check measurements and choose carefully from the drop down list above.
